Your NXG Client Manager or Implementation Manager will assist you with completing a simple Marketing Collateral Order form. To complete your request, we will need the following:
Your color choices. You may submit your brand colors, or you may choose to use the colors shown in our samples.
A high-quality version of your logo.
For web banners - provide height and width dimensions in pixels.

Frequently Asked Questions
May we receive Proofs of our customized collateral ?
Yes. Our art department will produce high quality proofs of the artwork for your inspection and approval.
What is the expected turnaround time to receive our new collateral ?
Please allow a minimum of 10 business days from the date of your order for us to create and deliver the high quality proofs of your new customized artwork.
After your review and approval of the proofs, we will require 5 days to make any updates you require and to create your final professional files.
What logo shall I send to NXG ?
Your logo should be submitted as a high-quality EPS file.
A "large" JPEG or PNG of your full color logo is an alternative.
If you have selected one of our designs that uses a white logo, please submit your logo in color, and as an all white version with a transparent background. Please submit the white logo as an EPS or PNG only.
Will a website image of our logo be good enough ?
Website images are highly compressed in a way that is not appropriate for a printed document. Website images will print at an even poorer quality than you might expect. Please send the best quality version your company has of its logo.
In what form should I submit our custom colors to NXG ?
Custom colors for NXG marketing collateral can be submitted as either:
- CMYK, RGB, or both colors for printed items
- CMYK, RGB or HEXADECIMAL colors for Website Banners
If your organization has a brand style guide, please feel free to send that as well.
In what form will we receive our final customized collateral from NXG ?
Printed Materials:
For each piece intended for printing, we will deliver both an RGB image file and a CMYK professional printer's file. The pro CMYK file includes extra details used by a professional print house. Each file supplied to you will be a very high-quality PDF.
Web Banners:
Web banners will be supplied as JPEGs.
Can we mix and match aspects of the designs ?
Our combinations of photos, background images and typography were carefully chosen to work in harmony with one another. A great deal of care was put into designing them to accommodate wide formats like horizontal Banners and Postcards, while also working on very narrow and tall formats like folded Brochure panels, Stuffers and 11x17 Posters.
At this time we do not combine elements of various designs. Our art department will however put great care into incorporating your colors and content, and then fine-tune the design to make sure it is the best possible version for you!
Does NXG print the marketing collateral pieces?
We do not print the designs we create. We provide you with customized, professional artwork which you may send to your preferred printer or printing company.
May we obtain the original files that NXG used to create the artwork?
Artwork files and images are exclusively for use within the NXG Art and Website Design Department. We do not share or distribute content.
* We will match the layout of our sample designs as close as possible when assembling your project. In most cases the layout will be identical. In some cases, modest changes are required based on the color combinations you request and the specific text required for your project.
The brand names AMERICAN COMMUNITY, AMERICAN COMMUNITY FINANCIAL, and their LOGOS, are creations of NXG Strategies, LLC. This brand name is used as a placeholder in our Marketing Material samples. This generic American company name is not an actual financial entity in any form.
